Single Level Kit Homes
Our single-storey kit homes have a traditional 19th century appeal. The use of timber, combined with corrugated Colorbond steel roofing and wide, shady verandahs are a perfect retreat on a hot summer's day.
The single level 'Heatherton' kit home featured here is reminiscent of the Federation period, and is typical of all our single-level homes in that it features 2.7 metre high (9 foot) ceilings.
Other features include timber 'heritage' windows, finials and window awnings.
Please note, although our homes are kit/ materials package, all homes are to be built by a licenced, qualified builder, or experienced owner builder. Only frames and trusses are pre fabricated, all other material is supplied loose and the house is built conventionally.
