All our houses have water tanks installed and connected to the toilets and any other requirements as per Basix.

All plans/specifications come with the Basix certificate.

Shady verandahs plus under floor, wall and ceiling insulation are a plus for the energy saving index.

Solar systems can easily be fitted as required.

Sewer systems

Stand alone systems can be included, the actual system will depend on the area in which you are building.

Timber

Our homes are built of plantation pine. Timber not only stores carbon, but is so much cheaper to produce than other alternative products.

Please note, although our homes are kit/ materials package, all homes are to be built by a licenced, qualified builder, or experienced owner builder. Only frames and trusses are pre fabricated, all other material is supplied loose and the house is built conventionally.
